How do I pay my rent, and is there a grace period?
Residents may pay through the Resident Portal, Resident App, or in the leasing office with a debit card ($15 convenience fee). Rent is due on the 1st with a grace period through the 5th.
How do I submit a maintenance request, and what qualifies as an emergency?
Maintenance requests may be submitted through the Resident Portal, Resident App, or by calling (704) 850-6914.
Is the community pet-friendly, and what are the fees or restrictions?
Yes.
- Maximum of 2 pets
- $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet
- $25 monthly pet rent per pet
- Maximum weight of 75 lbs. per pet
Where can residents and guests park, and do I need a permit?
Residents must register their vehicles with the leasing office. Parking is unassigned. Guests should park only in designated visitor spaces.
What are the rules and schedules for trash disposal and recycling?
Residents may use the community dumpsters at any time. Please place all trash inside the dumpsters and do not leave items on the ground. Recycling is not currently available.
Where are my mail and packages delivered?
Mail and packages are delivered according to the property's standard delivery procedures.
What is the policy for overnight guests and visitors?
Guests are welcome but must follow community rules. Extended stays may require occupancy approval under the lease agreement.
What are the hours and rules for community amenities like the pool and gym?
None.
What is the process for moving in or moving out?
Before move-in, all lease paperwork must be completed, required fees paid, and utilities established if applicable. For move-out, residents must provide written notice, clean the apartment, remove belongings, return keys, and complete the inspection process.
How much notice do I need to give before moving out or renewing my lease?
Residents must provide at least 60 days' written notice before moving out. For renewals, residents should contact the leasing office approximately 60 days before lease expiration to begin the renewal process.
